Observation

During the course of the complaint assessment, Licensor Lauilefue concluded that more likely than not, there was enough information available to determine more than likely a licensing violation occurred. Licensor learned through the complaint assessment and during licensing observation of the facility that a child that was listed on the allergy list with a milk sensitivity, reached over during meal time to their peer's milk and drank it on more than one occasion. Licensor observed the teacher take the milk away without any follow up protocol afterwards.
